Archiving and restoring opportunities

Archiving takes an opportunity out of your working list. It deletes nothing: archived items move to their own view, and you can restore them at any time.

Terminal window
# Archive
curl -X POST "https://app.prokure.ca/api/v1/opportunities/$ID/archive" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PROKURE_API_KEY"
# Restore
curl -X DELETE "https://app.prokure.ca/api/v1/opportunities/$ID/archive" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PROKURE_API_KEY"

Both return 200 with the opportunity id and its archived_at timestamp. After a restore, archived_at comes back null.

archived_at also appears on every list item and on the detail record, so you can tell an opportunity’s state without a second call. To list archived items, ask for that status on its own, because it cannot be combined with any other status:

Terminal window
curl "https://app.prokure.ca/api/v1/opportunities?status=archived" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PROKURE_API_KEY"

That is also the usual reason an opportunity seems to have vanished from an integration’s list: the default view does not include archived items.

Both routes allow 10 requests per 60 seconds, a sixth of the read budget. They are built for user-driven actions rather than bulk sweeps.
